A latex hood is made from latex, a durable, and flexible material. Latex is a synthetic rubber that is similar to silicone in that it is inflexible when soft and can be stretched to various degrees. It can be stretched for many inches before breaking. The material does not contain any oil, making it easy to clean up with warm water and soap.
There are many different types of hoods. The most popular is a full-over-the-head hood,an alternative design is to leave a hole for the mouth and nose and another for the eyes.
